PROCESSING TIME


GraphicsByHazel specializes in custom and digital creations made just for you! Please allow 7–10 business days for processing custom products. During high-volume seasons or sales, processing may take a little longer.


Digital products are available for instant download unless otherwise noted.

Once shipped, physical items typically arrive within 3–6 business days.



❌ REFUNDS / RETURNS / EXCHANGES


All sales are final.

Due to the personalized and digital nature of our products, GraphicsByHazel does not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations.


However, if you experience an issue with your order (e.g., file issue, wrong item sent), please contact us immediately. We’re happy to help resolve the situation when possible.



📬 LOST OR RETURNED PACKAGES


Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, a reship fee will be required.


GraphicsByHazel is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once an item is shipped, it is in the carrier’s hands. If you experience a delivery issue, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.


By placing an order, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that GraphicsByHazel is not liable for carrier-related delays or delivery issues.



❓FAQs


Q: Can I get a refund if I change my mind?

A: Unfortunately, no. All sales are final due to the custom and digital nature of our products.


Q: I didn’t receive my digital download. What should I do?

A: First, check your email (including spam/junk folders) for the download link. If you still don’t see it, contact us and we’ll resend your file.


Q: My shirt/tumbler arrived damaged. Can you replace it?

A: Yes! If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours with photos of the damage and your order number. We’ll do our best to make it right.


Q: Can I update my shipping address after placing an order?

A: Please contact us ASAP. If your item hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update it. If it has already shipped, we’re unable to make changes.
