How It Works:

Mockup Approval
A digital mockup will be sent within 24–72 hours after receiving your customization details. Please review it carefully. Once approved, no changes can be made and your item will be created exactly as shown.

Turnaround Time
Custom orders take approximately 7-10 business days to complete. Turnaround begins once all required photos and customization details are received.

Rush Orders
Orders needed within 1 week or sooner require a $20 Rush Fee, which must be added before checkout.

Custom Order Policy
All custom sales are final once production begins. Slight color variations may occur between your screen and the finished product.

Pickup & Delivery
Pickup orders must be collected from the designated pickup location listed on the website.

Delivery is not included with your purchase. Delivery may be arranged when available for an additional fee paid by the customer.
